GBG goes beyond the personal. This is about your big picture — what you actually want to change in the world by doing this work, and how to build a practice that holds that vision without hollowing you out in the process.
Know Your Work — Map all the strands of what you do, make them cohesive, and connect your daily practice to your bigger purpose.
Know Your Value — Understand the full richness of your portfolio. Not just what pays, but what sustains you. Where value is flowing toward you and where it's leaking away.
Know Your Strategy — Shape your direction working with your natural cycles and seasons, your brain and body rhythms, your energy peaks and troughs. Not necessarily more. Better.
You'll leave with a clear picture of your work, a stronger and more sustainable value model, a one year plan, and a three year direction.
This isn't about building more. It's about building something worth growing into.
Do you recognise yourself?
your work feels fragmented
income is inconsistent
you rely on one-off opportunities
you’re carrying too much alone
you want more clarity and direction
👉 You don’t need more ideas. You need a structure that can hold the work you’re already here to do.
