I’m Katie.

I’m an Artist-Leader — blending the artistry of leadership with somatic coaching and progressive organisational practice.

I work with purpose-driven, values-led professionals and organisations who want to lead with clarity, presence and care.

I believe that leadership begins in the body.

I consider myself both an artist and a leader. My work moves between creative practice, coaching, and organisational transformation.

I founded Starling, a charity supporting neurodivergent young people through inclusive, wellbeing-centred spaces. Alongside this, I coach and mentor leaders across the arts, community and corporate sectors.

I work with leadership is an art form: a creative practice that requires imagination, embodiment, and the courage to question the status quo.
