Spotlight Session: Lessons in Org-Building

Spotlight sessions will be spaces for an Artist-Leader to share their practice surrounding a topic of their choosing.

For our first spotlight session Katie Charlton will focus on key lessons that she has learned as a Founder and Director of youth charity, Starling. This will be a facilitated session, hosted by another of the Artist-Leader network, with structured sections for sharing learning, followed by Q and As and discussion time.
